Outdoor recreation and its aesthetic are notoriously dominated by white, heterosexual, cis-gendered, able-bodied, thin & "fit" white men. It is about time that we learn some ways that we can address the lack of representation and accessibility within outdoor recreation culture. Everyone deserves an opportunity to see themselves represented in outdoor culture and have everything they need to access the outdoors.
